Common use of SUPPLANTING GOVERNMENT FUNDS Clause in Contracts

SUPPLANTING GOVERNMENT FUNDS. CONTRACTOR shall not supplant any federal, State, or COUNTY funds intended for the purposes of this Agreement with any funds made available under this Agreement.
