Common use of Supplemental and Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Supplemental and Additional Services. Should City desire or need any supplemental and/or additional services related to the Agreement, City shall have the right to use their own employees or contractors or enter into an agreement addendum with Consultant for any supplemental and/or additional services. Such decision shall be within the sole discretion of the City.
