Supplemental Benefits System. The Employer is a participant in the Supplemental Benefits System – Annuity Plan (SBS–AP). Coverage is mandatory for all full-time and part-time regular Employees who are not temporary Employees and who are not retirees under PERS. The Employer will match the Employee contribution up to the maximum limit.
