Common use of Supplemental Documentation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Documentation. Concurrently with the execution of this Security Agreement, and from time to time hereafter upon request of the Bank, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to the Bank supplemental security agreements relating to any or all registered patents, trademarks, tradenames, copyrights and applications for any of the foregoing, in a form satisfactory to the Bank and suitable for recording in the records of the registering Governmental Authority.
