Common use of Supplemental Duty Compensation Committee Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Duty Compensation Committee. A Supplemental Duty Compensation Committee, appointed by the Association President and the Superintendent, will be formed to discuss the Supplemental Duty Compensation Schedules. This Committee will meet at least once a semester (preferably at the beginning and end of the school year) to assess current supplemental conditions, and changes from that Committee will go to the Superintendent for review and possible recommendation for approval by the Board and Association. Total dollar (index) amount negotiated for supplementals will not change during the length of this Contract unless mutually agreed to by the parties.
