Common use of Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan. Employees shall receive Supplementary Unemployment Benefits(SUB) as per Appendix ìCî attached. In addition, the employee shall be entitled to accumulate seniority and receive all benefits under this Collective Agreement, as outlined in the benefits package.
