Supplemental Unit Pricing Sample Clauses
The Supplemental Unit Pricing clause establishes a mechanism for pricing additional units of work or materials that may be required beyond the original contract scope. In practice, this clause sets predetermined rates for specific items or services, so if the project needs more of these items, the cost is already agreed upon and can be easily calculated. This approach streamlines the process of handling changes in project quantities, ensuring both parties have clarity on costs and reducing the potential for disputes over pricing adjustments.

Whether or not the Work encompassed in SUP Bid Items will be needed for the Project is unknown as of the Execution Date of this Contract.
