Bid Form. The Bid Form is included in the Contract Documents; additional copies may be obtained from the Engineer. Bidders will be charged the reproduction cost of such additional copies. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form with all blank spaces for bid prices completed in ink or typewritten.
