The Committee agrees that positions in supplemental summer programs requiring certified/licensed personnel (including but not limited to the Extended School Year Program and Summer School) shall first be made available to certified/licensed members of the Alliance.
Supplementary Payment. In addition to the base rate of pay, a supplementary payment shall be payable in accordance with this clause. The supplementary payment is payable for all purposes and is payable during periods of paid leave. The supplementary payment has been determined through the incorporation of the following conditions into the hourly rate: payment for public holidays as listed in clause F10 of this Agreement inclusive except for Good Friday and Christmas Day; shift penalty rates; (excluding 12.5% broken shift penalty); overtime rates and related arrangements; annual leave loading or shift penalties which may be paid in lieu of the loading; meal allowances; and work practice changes. Bus Operators who are required to work in identified Trainer / Assessors positions will be paid the Transport Officer 2 rate in Annex A - Classifications and Rates of Pay of this Agreement. There shall be a minimum of 5 Trainer/ Assessors. Bus Operators who are required to perform Trainer /Assessor duties on a temporary basis will be paid as Transport Officer 2s when they are performing those duties. A new allowance will be introduced titled “Trainer/Assessor Qualification Allowance”. All employees (nominal occupant or acting role) must also hold a current Certificate IV qualification – Heavy Vehicle Assessor, to qualify for payment of the allowance. For clarity, this allowance is not payable where a Certificate IV qualification – Heavy Vehicle Assessor is not held or has expired. Supplementary Payment. If Company concludes that a repair or service has been made necessary by a degradation or emergent condition affecting the Property’s pre-existing condition, and the Company concludes that the repair is beyond the scope of work of its ability, the Company does hereby agrees to pay to the homeowner $150.00 towards the services of any qualified ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ capable of performing the necessary repairs. All costs for labor and goods or materials in excess of $150.00 shall be borne by Buyer.
