Common use of Supplementary Payment Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Payment. Compensation paid by the City for a period of sick leave also covered by Xxxxxx's Compensation shall be equal to the difference between the Worker's Compensation pay for lost time and the employee's regular wage rate.
