SUPPLIER Errors. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, SUPPLIER shall not invoice SPONSOR for any additional costs incurred as a result of any SUPPLIER error, including any failure by SUPPLIER to properly price the Services or any required reperformance of the Services.
