Common use of Supplier Performance Self-Assessment Clause in Contracts

Supplier Performance Self-Assessment. Within thirty (30) days of execution of the project start, the Supplier and the Authorized User will agree on Supplier performance self-assessment criteria. Supplier shall prepare a monthly self- assessment to report on such criteria. Supplier shall submit its self-assessment to the Authorized User who will have five (5) days to respond to Supplier with any comments. If the Authorized User agrees with Supplier’s self-assessment, such Authorized User will sign the self-assessment and submit a copy to the VITA Supplier Relationship Manager.
