Supplier Selection. Customer will select SPE suppliers from a list provided by Boeing for the commodities identified on such list and notify Boeing of the SPE suppliers in accordance with the supplier selection date(s) as set forth in Attachment A of this Letter Agreement. If Customer selects a seat, galley or galley insert supplier that is not on the Boeing offerable supplier list, such seat, galley or galley insert will, subject to Boeing approval, become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.
