Supplier’s Limited Right to Tooling. Supplier has no right, title or interest in Customer Tooling, but has only the obligation to possess and use the Customer Tooling solely to manufacture Customer’s Component Parts, in Customer’s sole discretion.

First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.
CONTRACTOR INVOICE Contractor shall submit to Purchaser’s designated invoicing contact properly itemized invoices. Such invoices shall itemize the following: (a) Master Contract No. 02120 (b) Contractor name, address, telephone number, and email address for billing issues (i.e., Contractor Customer Service Representative) (c) Contractor’s Federal Tax Identification Number (d) Date(s) of delivery (e) Invoice amount; and (f) Payment terms, including any available prompt payment discounts. Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment for official Association business, including typewriters, duplicating equipment, computers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times and when such equipment is not otherwise in use, and shall provide advance notice of such use to the Superintendent of Schools. The Association shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies.

Subproviders and Suppliers List Pursuant to requirements of 43 Texas Administrative Code §9.350 et seq., the Engineer must provide the State a list (Exhibit H-5/DBE or Exhibit H-6/HUB) of all Subproviders and suppliers that submitted quotes or proposals for subcontracts. This list shall include subproviders and suppliers names, addresses, telephone numbers, and type of work desired.
Vendor’s Resellers as Related to This Agreement
SUPPLIER’S STATUS At all times during the Contract Period the Supplier shall be an independent contractor and nothing in this Contract shall create a contract of employment, a relationship of agency or partnership or a joint venture between the Parties and, accordingly, neither Party shall be authorised to act in the name of, or on behalf of, or otherwise bind the other Party save as expressly permitted by the terms of this Contract.
Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.
Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security As required by Education Law Section 2-d, the Parents Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security and the supplemental information for the Service Agreement are included as Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, and incorporated into this DPA. Contractor shall complete and sign Exhibit B and append it to this DPA. Pursuant to Education Law Section 2-d, the EA is required to post the completed Exhibit B on its website.
