Common use of Suppliers notice Clause in Contracts

Suppliers notice. 58.13.1. The Supplier may within five (5) Working Days of the termination of this Contract in accordance with the provisions of Clause 58.11, give the Customer notice in writing requesting the Customer to state whether the event upon which the Customer's decision to terminate was based is an event mentioned in Clauses 58.11, 58.11.1 or 58.11.2 and to give particulars of that event; and 58.13.2. the Customer shall within ten (10) Working Days of the receipt of such a request give notice in writing to the Supplier containing such a statement and particulars as are required by the request.
