Common use of Supplier’s Payment Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Payment Upon Termination. OOLC shall only be responsible for the payment for the Services supplied on or before the effective date of any termination of this CSA. Termination shall not relieve the Supplier of its warranties and other responsibilities relating to the Services performed or money paid prior to termination. In addition to its other rights of hold back or set off, the parties agree that OOLC may hold back payment or set off against any payments owed if the Supplier fails to comply with its obligations on termination.
