Common use of Supplier’s Proprietary Rights Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Proprietary Rights. This is an Agreement for access to and use of the Services as set out herein. Supplier and its licensors remain the sole owner of all Intellectual Property Rights and other right, title, and interest in the Documentation, Supplier’s trademarks and service marks, and the Services and related software. Supplier does not grant Customer any Intellectual Property Rights under this Agreement.

Supplier Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not grant Customer any Intellectual Property Rights under this AgreementRights.
