Common use of Supply of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Supply of Equipment. 1.1 The Equipment remains the property of BRC and it is supplied on a short-term basis for a minimum of 1 week unless BRC agree this in writing with You ("Hire Period").

Supply of Equipment. 1.1 The Equipment remains the property of BRC and it is supplied on a short-term basis as agreed with BRC at the start of the loan period but not for a minimum of 1 week total period exceeding 12 weeks unless otherwise agreed with BRC agree this in writing with You ("Hire Loan Period").
