Mechanical Equipment this Article shall not apply where the Employer provides mechanical equipment to aid in the installation of jobsite glazing. Mechanical glass handling equipment shall be manipulated by a Journeyman Xxxxxxx on the jobsite, unless the company providing the equipment will only do so if it also provides the operator, and further providing they are signatory to an AFL-CIO Building Trades Agreement.

Mechanical Equipment. All mechanical equipment incidental to any building, including roof mounted mechanical equipment, shall be totally enclosed or screened so as to be an integral part of the architectural design of the building to which it is attached or related unless otherwise approved by the Committee and the Declarant.
Mechanical Equipment. All mechanical equipment including dumb-waiters, elevators, escalators, freight elevators, conveyors, and their shafts and doors, located within the Premises, including electrical work for these items. Locations, size and design of roof vents, HVAC equipment, units, hoods and caps shall be approved by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right of disapproval of any equipment to be placed on the roof, provided Landlord makes a suitable substitute location available. Tenant shall install equipment at locations where structural reinforcements are provided. The roof load is to be determined by Landlord's structural engineer's load requirements. Landlord approved changes in the structure as necessary to accommodate Tenant's equipment shall be made by Landlord at Tenant's expense. Cuts, curbs and openings including any structural support and steel, shall be provided and performed by a contractor designated by Landlord at Landlord's expense. In addition, all cant strips, base furnishings and other work necessary to complete the permanent weather proofing of Landlord's roof as a result of roof cuts or openings required by Tenant shall be performed by a contractor designed by Landlord at Landlord's expense.
Mechanical Equipment a. Power provided from the 480 V or 208 Y/120 V system for line voltage to mechanical equipment.
b. Control power wiring (other than 120 V as indicated on Mechanical control wiring diagrams) by the mechanical contractor.

All changes in structural design caused by Tenant's equipment shall be made by Landlord and paid for by Tenant. Any roof cuts or openings required to be made pursuant to Tenant's Plans shall be performed by a contractor designated by Landlord at Tenant's expense. In addition, all strips, base furnishings and other work necessary to complete permanent weather proofing of Landlord's roof as a result of roof cuts or openings required by Tenant shall be performed by a contractor designated by Landlord at Tenant's expense. All interior distribution panels, lighting panels, power panels, conduits, outlet boxes, switches, outlets and wires within the premises. Tenant shall provide electric conduit and boxes in the ceiling and walls, including all electrical service panels, pull boxes and equipment.
Mechanical Equipment. Contractor shall purchase and install all mechanical Equipment listed in Major Equipment List 195910-000-PE-LI-1010, as referenced in the BOD.
Mechanical Equipment. Placing mechanical goods or products which exceed the maximum bearing capacity of the floor (excluding the existing mechanical equipment before the property is leased) in any part of the lease property is not permitted.
Mechanical Equipment. Service Apprentices shall be governed by the local service agreement, except that they shall, after their first year of apprenticeship, be allowed to perform all work limited only by their capabilities, as defined as being work in the mechanical equipment service and maintenance field, and they shall be under the direction of a qualified Serviceman or Service Journeyman.
Mechanical Equipment. Service Journeymen must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience as a Serviceman in the plumbing and pipefitting and/or mechanical equipment service and maintenance industry. They shall be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to their special skill. They shall be allowed to perform all of the work covered under this Agreement including, but not limited to, all the scope of work set forth for Servicemen, Service Apprentices and Tradesmen. They shall have a current CFC and HVAC License and be required to serve a 180 and/or day or 700 hour probationary period, whichever occurs first. Before the end of their probation they shall be required to test to upgrade to Mechanical Equipment Service Journeyman.
