SUPPLY OF SERVICE. 4.1 The Supplier shall supply the Services for the duration of this Agreement in accordance with the Company’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the terms of this Agreement in consideration of payment of the Contract Price by the Company. 4.2 The Company is entitled to reject the Services where they do not comply with the Specification or the Company’s requirements as made known to the Supplier.
