Support Coordinators. Maintenance shall consist of support services provided by Serena to one designated support coordinator of Customer (and one backup coordinator) per Customer location, by telephone, facsimile, email and World Wide Web site. Support is available during normal business hours in the applicable location within the Territory, Monday through Friday, excluding nationally observed holidays. Emergency support is available outside of these hours via pager service accessible through the main support telephone number.
