Support Fee Discounts Sample Clauses

Support Fee Discounts. Discounts for Support are applied for each Tier or Level (as defined in the Partner Program Guide) by Product for each Product for which the Reseller is certified by Verint. Reseller must maintain an adequate number of Personnel certified to provide Support in accordance with the Partner Program Guide and other documentation provided by Verint detailing certification requirements. To the extent Reseller fails to maintain the number of certified Personnel required to perform the Tiers / Levels of Support for which Reseller is claiming, Verint may on notice to Reseller reduce Reseller’s discount on Support until remediated by Reseller. With respect to any Personnel hired by Xxxxxxxx from another Verint channel partner, such Personnel shall not qualify hereunder unless (i) the other Verint channel partner has provided its written consent, or (ii) twelve (12) months has expired from the time of such hire.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
