Support for Community Advisory Committee. The Board shall provide for reasonable and necessary administrative assistance to the Community Advisory Committee. If requested by the Community Advisory Committee, the Chief Executive Officer shall enter into contracts as reasonably necessary to carry out the duties and powers of the Community Advisory Committee; provided, however, that (a) the amount payable under any contract cannot exceed $20,000 per year, (b) the total amount payable under all contracts cannot exceed $50,000 per year, and (c) the contracts are in a form acceptable to the Authority’s Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel.
