Support Requests. 2.1 Troubleshooting (a) You must first work through the applicable Support Troubleshooting Guides provided on Catapult's portal prior to submitting any Support Request to Catapult. (b) If you are unable to resolve any actual or suspected issue having worked through the Support Troubleshooting Guide, you must submit a reasonably detailed Support Request to Catapult Support via the “Submit a Request” feature at xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
