Qualified Employees Clause Samples

The "Qualified Employees" clause defines the standards or criteria that employees must meet to be considered eligible for certain roles, responsibilities, or benefits under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines required qualifications such as education, certifications, experience, or specific skills relevant to the job. For example, it may specify that only employees with a particular license or a minimum number of years in the field can perform certain tasks. The core function of this clause is to ensure that only suitably qualified personnel are assigned to critical duties, thereby maintaining quality, compliance, and reducing the risk of errors or liability.
