Support Services and Additional Services. 8.1 The provision of Support Services is included as part of the Licence Fees and shall consist of operational assistance and technical support to be rendered via an email and telephone helpdesk operated through Oneserve’s Call Centre during “Working Hours” (7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Support Services will be provided in accordance with the then current version of SLA as provided by Oneserve to you and for the duration of the Term (as defined in clause 13.4. below).
