Common use of Support Services Charges Clause in Contracts

Support Services Charges. A separate support services charge shall apply for Jastec Product support services provided to ViewRay pursuant to Section 3.8(b) of the Agreement. The charge shall be established by mutual agreement of the parties within 8 months following the Effective Date. This charge shall not apply to support services rendered during the product warranty period and will only apply to services provided after the warranty period has expired. Support services charges shall be invoiced by Jastec on a monthly basis and shall be due within sixty (60) days of receipt of invoice.
