Support Services Hours. Support will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (“Standard Business Hours”), each day other than a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday in Texas (“Business Days”). After-hours support will be available for Severity 1 and Severity 2 requests in the form of cell phone and/or email.
