Integration with Third-Party Applications. If You install or enable Third-Party Applications for use with the Platform or SFDC Service, You acknowledge that SFDC may allow providers of those Third-Party Applications to access Your Data as required for the interoperation of such Third Party Applications with the Platform or SFDC Service. SFDC shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of Your Data resulting from any such access by Third-Party Application providers. In addition, the Platform and SFDC Service may contain features designed to interoperate with Third-Party Applications (e.g., Google, Facebook or Twitter applications). To use such features, You may be required to obtain access to such Third-Party Applications from their providers. If the provider of any such Third-Party Application ceases to make the Third-Party Application available for interoperation with the corresponding Platform or SFDC Service features on reasonable terms, SFDC may cease providing such Platform or SFDC Service features without entitling You to any refund, credit, or other compensation.

To use such features, You may be required to obtain access to such third-party applications from their providers. If the provider of any such third-party application ceases to make third-party application available for interoperation with the corresponding SFDC Service, Platform or GLOVIA OM features on reasonable terms, SFDC may cease providing such SFDC Service and/or Platform features and Fujitsu may cease providing such GLOVIA OM features without entitling You to any refund, credit, or other compensation.
Integration with Third-Party Applications. The ISVForce Solution may contain features designed to interoperate with third-party applications (e.g., Google, Facebook or Twitter applications). To use such features, You may be required to obtain access to such third-party applications from their providers. If the provider of any such third-party application ceases to make third-party application available for interoperation with the ISVForce Solution features on reasonable terms, Fujitsu may cease providing such ISVForce Solution features without entitling You to any refund, credit, or other compensation.
Integration with Third-Party Applications. Customer shall execute all documents reasonably requested by Licensor and will abide by all reasonable requirements with respect to all Third-Party Software licensed or sublicensed by Licensor to Customer under this Agreement, or necessary to the performance of the Software hereunder in accordance with the Functional Specifications, and Customer agrees to maintain in effect all required licenses and approvals of all applicable third parties. Licensor cannot guarantee the continued availability of Software and/or service features, and may cease providing them without entitling you to any refund, credit, or other compensation, if for example and without limitation, the provider of Third-Party Data and/or Third-Party Software ceases to make that data and/or application available for interoperation with the corresponding Software and/or service features in a manner acceptable to Licensor.
Integration with Third-Party Applications. The Services may contain features designed to interoperate with certain Third Party Applications selected by You. To use such features, You may be required to obtain access to Third Party Applications from their providers, and may be required to grant Us access to Your account(s) on the Third Party Applications. Any acquisition by You of such Third Party Applications, and any exchange of data between You and any Third Party Application provider, is solely between You and the applicable Third Party Application provider.

To use such features, you or applicable End Customer may be required to obtain access to certain third party applications or subscriptions from their providers or to grant us access to the End Customer account(s) with such third party service providers. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of such Software or Service features, and may cease providing them without entitling you to any refund, credit, or other compensation, if for example and without limitation, the provider of a third party product or service ceases to make the third party product or service available for interoperation with the corresponding Service or Software features in a manner acceptable to us.

Windward cannot guarantee the continued availability of such Service features and may cease providing them without entitling Company to any refund, credit, or other compensation, if for example and without limitation, the provider of a Third Party Application ceases to make the Third Party Application available for interoperation with the corresponding Service features in a manner acceptable to Windward.
