Support; Training; Services. IM will provide ATMI with the Support and the training specified in Exhibit C. For any future purchases, the Support to be provided will be subject to any modifications set forth in the Purchase Documentation. Any additional Services to be provided by IM will be provided on a time and materials basis at its then-current rates (plus reasonable travel expenses, if any) pursuant to a mutually executed statement of work.
