Surface Preparation. A. Applicator shall inspect all surfaces specified to receive the monolithic surfacing system prior to surface preparation. Applicator shall promptly notify Owner of any noticeable disparity in the surfaces that may interfere with the proper preparation or application of the monolithic surfacing system.
