Common use of Surrender, Cancellation, and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Surrender, Cancellation, and Amendment. You agree that the Card shall at all times remain our property and to surrender your Card to us upon demand. You agree that we may terminate any one or more electronic fund transfer services or cancel this Agreement at any time, subject to such notification as may be required by applicable law.
