If you can access this information electronically to your satisfaction and agree to these terms and conditions, please submit your consent to “opt-in” to Paperless Preference. At any time, you may request from us a paper copy of any record provided or made available electronically to you by us. For such copies, you will have the ability to download and print any documents we send to you through your Online Banking user account for a limited period of time after such documents are first sent to you. After such time, if you wish for us to send you paper copies of any such documents from our office to you, you will be charged a fee in accordance with the Membership Agreement. You may request delivery of such paper copies from us by following the procedure described below. If you decide to receive notices and disclosures from us electronically, you may at any time change your mind and tell us that thereafter you want to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format. How you must inform us of your decision to receive future notices and disclosure in paper format and withdraw your consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically is described below. To inform us that you no longer want to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic format you may: • Send a secure message from your Online Banking user account; or • Call the Member Service Center at 000-000-0000 (San Antonio) or 000-000-0000 (Austin); or • To cancel your enrollment you may log into Online Banking and go to the Paperless Option Page and click on the button to cancel electronic documents.   • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking.
