Common use of Surrender of Permit Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Permit. Licensee may at any time surrender any Permit for Attachment and remove its Communications Equipment from the affected Facilities, provided, however, that before commencing any such removal Licensee must obtain the City’s written approval of Licensee’s plans for removal, including the name of the party performing such work and the date(s) and time(s) during which such work will be completed. All such work is subject to the insurance requirements of Paragraph 18. No refund of any fees or charges will be made upon removal. If Licensee surrenders such Permit pursuant to the provisions of this Paragraph 12, but fails to remove its Attachments from City Facilities within sixty (60) calendar days thereafter, the City shall have the right to remove Licensee’s Attachments at Licensee’s expense.

If Licensee surrenders such Permit pursuant to the provisions of this Paragraph 12Article, but fails to remove its Attachments from City City’s Facilities within sixty thirty (6030) calendar days thereafter, the City shall have the right to remove Licensee’s Attachments at Licensee’s expense.
