Employee hereby agrees that upon termination of Employee’s employment, for whatever reason and whether voluntary or involuntary, Employee will immediately surrender to the Company all property and other things of value in Employee’s possession, or in the possession of any person or entity under Employee’s control relating directly or indirectly to the business of the Company.
