Common use of Survival of Benefit Clause in Contracts

Survival of Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement benefits described in this Section 4.2 shall not be reduced during the term of this Agreement or thereafter, and Executive's rights with respect to these benefits shall survive any termination (or non-renewal) of this Agreement, including, without limitation, a termination pursuant to Section 7(c), or any amendment or termination of the SERB Plan, to the full extent necessary to protect the interests of Executive under this Agreement and under the terms of the SERB Plan.

Survival of Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement benefits described in this Section 4.2 shall not be reduced during the term of this Agreement or thereafter, and Executive's rights with respect to these benefits and retiree health benefits described in Section 4.1 (ii) shall survive any termination (or non-renewal) of this Agreement, including, without limitation, a termination pursuant to Section 7(c), or any amendment or termination of the SERB Plan, to the full extent necessary to protect the interests of Executive under this Agreement and under the terms of the SERB Plan.

The Supplemental Retirement benefits Benefits described in this Section 4.2 5(c) shall not be reduced during the term of this Agreement or thereafter, and the Executive's rights with respect to these benefits shall survive any termination (or non-non renewal) of this Agreement, including, without limitation, a termination pursuant to Section 7(c6(a), or any amendment or termination of the SERB Plan, to the full extent necessary to protect the interests of the Executive under this Agreement and under the terms of the SERB Plan.
