Survival of Rights on Termination. 2.2.1 Termination of this Agreement shall not affect:
(i) rights or obligations which may have accrued prior to such termination; or
(ii) continuing obligations of each of the Parties under this Agreement which are expressed to continue after termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Rights on Termination. Termination of the Agreement shall be without prejudice to any accrued rights or obligations of the parties up to the date of termination and the provisions of Clause 11 shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding termination.
Survival of Rights on Termination. Termination or expiry of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations which may have accrued prior to termination or expiry. The obligations of each Party set out in any clause intended to survive such termination or expiry, including this clause (6.b.iii) and clauses 2 (Interpretation), 4 (Pricing and Payment), 5 (Term), 7. (Force Majeure), 8 (Confidentiality), 9 (Intellectual Properties), 10 (Other Provisions) and 11 (Notices), shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding termination or expiry of this Agreement.
Survival of Rights on Termination. The expiration or earlier termination of this Master Agreement for whatever reason shall not affect the accrued rights of either CORCEPT or ICON arising under or out of this Master Agreement, and all provisions which are expressed to or by implication survive this Master Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Master Agreement, the following Sections shall survive expiration or early termination of this Master Agreement: Sections 1.8(b), 1.8(c), 1.9, 1.10, 2.1, 2.6 (for the term set forth therein), 3.4, 3.5, 3.7, 4 (solely to the extent payments have accrued prior to the effective data of expiration or early termination, as applicable, and remain unpaid), 5 (for the term set forth therein), 6, 7.5, and 8 of this Master Agreement.
Survival of Rights on Termination. (a) Termination of this Agreement will be without prejudice to any rights or obligations which may have accrued under this Agreement on or before termination.
(b) Clauses 3.2(d), 5.6(c), 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20 and 22 to 29 (inclusive) are continuing obligations and survive termination of this Agreement.

The expiration or earlier termination of this MSA for whatever reason shall not affect the accrued rights of either SUNESIS or ICON arising under or out of this MSA, and all provisions which are expressed to or by implication survive this MSA shall remain in full force and effect.

The expiration or earlier termination of this Master Agreement for whatever reason shall not affect the accrued rights of either NTI or ICON arising under or out of this Master Agreement, and all provisions which are expressed to or by implication survive this Master Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 1.5, 1.8,1.9, 2.1, 2.7, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 5, 6, 8 and 9.
Survival of Rights on Termination. The expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations which may have accrued prior to or in connection with such expiration or termination, and shall not affect continuing obligations of each of the Parties under this Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties which are expressed to continue after such expiration or termination.
