Survival of the Representations, Warranties and Covenants. All representations, warranties and covenants expressed herein shall survive the execution of this Contract for the benefit of the parties hereto.

Survival of the Representations, Warranties and Covenants. (1) The representations and warranties of the Purchaser and Resources set forth in this Agreement or in any other Transaction Documents shall survive the completion of the transactions herein provided for and shall continue for the benefit of the Selling Companies for the following periods notwithstanding such completion and any inspections or inquiries made by or on behalf of the Selling Companies:
