Survival Upon Termination. Expiration or termination of this Agreement will not relieve the parties of any obligation accruing prior to such expiration or termination. Sections 2.5, 2.6, 4.3, 4.3, 8.4, 8.7, 9.4 and 9.6 and Articles 4.5, 6, 10 and 11 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.
