Common use of Survivor Benefits Clause in Contracts

Survivor Benefits. 1. A surviving dependent who qualifies for a monthly retirement allowance shall be eligible for fifty percent (50%) of the Retiree Medical Insurance Xxxxx authorized for the retiree. 2. Such retiree shall not be eligible for both Retiree Medical Insurance Grants.
