Employee Information Listing. Once each quarter, during the term of this Memorandum, the County shall provide OCEA with a listing of all current employees in this Unit. Such file shall include employee name, job classification, agency/department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. The County shall also provide OCEA with any other information needed pursuant to Article XX, Section 3. OCEA agrees to pay all costs necessary to providing such lists.

Such file shall include employee name, job classification, department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. The Superior Court shall also provide OCEA with any other information needed pursuant to Article XVII, Section 3. OCEA agrees to pay all costs necessary to providing such lists.
Employee Information Listing. Upon request, to a maximum of two (2) times per fiscal year during the term of this Memorandum of Understanding, the County shall provide ACLEM with a complete and current listing of all employees in the Units represented by ACLEM. However, employees can opt-out of providing their personal email and phone numbers to the Association.

C. The Association agrees to pay the Authority reasonable costs associated with providing such lists. D. The Association shall not release said home addresses to any entity, person, association, or partnership without written consent of the Authority. This provision shall not apply to trust funds of the Association or administrators of such trust funds, subject to restrictions in Section 2.A of this Article.

Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance. Use of City Facilities. OCEA may, with the approval of the City, hold meetings of their members on City property, provided request is made to the City as to the specific location and dates of the meeting prior to such meeting.
