Survivor Income Benefits. The Company will fund basic life and accidental dismemberment and death insurance benefits. Additionally, employees will be offered the opportunity to purchase voluntary supplemental life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. These programs will be provided under the same terms and conditions as it is provided to non-represented employees.
