Survivorship Of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding Paragraph 19.03 above, the voidance of this Agreement shall not discharge any Party from any obligation it owes to the other Party under this Agreement by reason of any transaction, loss, cost, damage, expense or liability which shall have occurred or arisen after the Effective Date of this Agreement, but prior to such voidance. It is the intent of the Parties that should this Agreement be voided under Paragraph 19.03 above, the satisfaction of any such obligation and the provisions for indemnification and limited liability of Article 14 above shall constitute a separate agreement between the Parties that is severable from this Agreement and, as such, shall remain in full force and effect for actions that occurred prior to the voidance of this Agreement.
