Common use of Survivorship Clause in Contracts

Survivorship. The respective rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall survive any termination of the Executive's employment to the extent necessary to the intended preservation of such rights and obligations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive's obligations under Sections 7 and 8 of this Agreement shall survive the termination or cessation of his employment regardless of the manner of such termination or cessation and shall be binding upon his heirs, executors, and administrators.
