Common use of Survivorship Clause in Contracts

Survivorship. The respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, including without limitation Sections 8 through 11 hereof, shall survive any termination of Executive’s employment to the extent necessary to the agreed preservation of such rights and obligations.

Without limiting the generality of the first sentence of this Section 6.12, the rights and obligations of Section 5 shall survive the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder or the expiration of the Term of Employment.
