If SurveyMonkey suspends the Account, SurveyMonkey will preserve all data contained in the Suspended HIPAA Account for the Suspension Period, but functionality for the Account will be disabled (except for certain billing and account administration functions) and the Protected Information will no longer be directly accessible to CE through the Account’s online interface. All Protected Information contained in the Suspended HIPAA Account will continue to be subject to this Agreement.
