Suspension by the Administration. Level 1. The Superintendent may impose suspension without pay for no more than five workdays, provided that the employee shall be given an opportunity to first meet with the Superintendent regarding the cause or causes for such suspension.
Suspension by the Administration. The President may impose suspension without pay for no more than 30 work days, provided that the faculty member shall be given an opportunity to first meet with the President regarding the cause or causes for such suspension.
