SUSPENSION/DISMISSAL SUSPENSION. The Superintendent may suspend a Member of the Bargaining Unit with pay and benefits without notice or hearing, if he/she determines that the best interests and welfare of the students in the school district require such action, pending final determination by the Board of a career/probationary Member's dismissal or non- reemployment.
