Suspension; Early Termination. In addition to any other suspension or termination rights provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, certain obligations under this Agreement may be suspended and/or this Agreement (except for such provisions as are expressly contemplated in this Agreement to survive its expiration or termination) shall terminate on a date prior to the date referred to in Section 3.1 under the following circumstances:
Suspension; Early Termination. 9.1 If the lessee does not fulfil his contractual obligations or does not do so in time or properly, the lessor has the right to suspend his obligations towards the lessee.
