Common use of Suspension for Non-Payment Clause in Contracts

Suspension for Non-Payment. We reserve the right to: (a) physically disconnect the service if fees or any other amount payable by you remains unpaid 21 days after the applicable due date (unless we have received written notice from you of a legitimate dispute of those fees or other amount prior to the due date and that dispute remains unresolved); and (b) suspend the service if you fail to pay the outstanding amount in full within 5 business days after we give you a notice demanding payment of the fees, which, for the avoidance of doubt, will include any administrative fees.
